Homemade Granola


  • Rolled Oats
  • ground cinnamon 
  • honey
  • nuts of your choice ( I used almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, cashews, pumpkin seeds)
  • dried fruit of your choice (I used cranberries, raisins)
  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the dried fruit
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Place baking sheet on a cooling rack for 20 minutes
  5. Add dried fruit and enjoy with yogurt and fresh fruits
