Smoked Salmon and Avocado Bites

Great finger food for a party!

  • 1 Whole wheat quesadilla
  • 5 smoked salmon pieces
  • 1/2 avocado
  1. Spread avocado on the quesadilla then place the smoked salmon pieces on top
  2. Roll up the quesadilla then cut into bite-sized pieces or enjoy as a wrap
Makes about 10 bite-sized pieces
