Blackberry Cinnamon Mug Cake

I love mug cakes because they require very few ingredients and little time to cook in the microwave.


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • cinnamon to taste
  • whole blackberries
  • sweetener of choice (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients except blackberries together well. Fold in the blackberries (as many as you like)
  2. Put batter in a microwave-safe cup (don't fill the cup more than 2/3 full because it will expand)
  3. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes (keep an eye on it - microwave times may vary)
You can top it off with some greek yogurt and chia seeds as well :)
